「瓔珞に丑（ようらくにうし）」
瓔珞とは、古代インドの貴族の装身具です。
縁起物として簡略化された文様が、古くから着物や焼き物に使われてきました。

釉薬は、今回初めて挑戦した「青磁」
透き通るオリーブグリーンの中に浮かび上がる牛の姿が幻想的な雰囲気となっています。

「宝尽し」とは、吉祥文様のひとつで、縁起のよい宝物の文様を集めたもの。
干支の動物たちと、宝文を組み合わせて豆皿を作りました。
翠窯ならではの小さな「干支もの」をお楽しみください。

“Yoraku with ox”
Yoraku(瓔珞) is an ancient Indian aristocratic accessory.
Simplified patterns have been used on kimonos and pottery since ancient times as lucky charms.
The glaze is "Celadon'', which I tried for the first time.
The appearance of a cow appearing in the transparent olive green creates a fantastic atmosphere.

"Takara-zukushi'' is one of the auspicious patterns, and is a collection of auspicious treasure patterns.
I made a small plate by combining the animals of the zodiac and the treasure pattern.
Please enjoy the small "zodiac signs" that are unique to SUIYO.
